The sessions were made very enjoyable by the staff. Each session allowed me and the physio to judge my progress. Initially I was not keen to join the classes but I'm so glad I did - in fact I ended up enjoying them. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help in getting my mobility so good after a total hip replacement. Plan to be back on the tennis court next month! I would recommend the physio service to everyone who needs to recover their mobility and hence their quality of life.

I had a very good sessions with [name removed]. He took the time to find out about my needs, and wishes. He also involved me in the decision making process by asking me what treatment option I would prefer and took the time to explain all the options available to me as well as their benefits.

I was referred to the MSK unit by my Rheumatologist. [name removed] was very thorough in exploring my symptoms and trying to diagnose the cause of the extreme pain I was suffering. He treated me as an equal and answered all my questions fully. We discussed and tried out some exercises which I then did at home. He also asked me to do other "tests" to assess my balance, flexibility and agility. When I returned for my follow-up appointment, we were able to analyse together the results of the exercises and the effects of using a leg press at the gym (which is part of my normal gym routine). [name removed] was very positive about the progress I had made and discharged me. I am very happy with this outcome. At all stages, I felt very involved in my treatment. More importantly (for me) was the fact that [name removed] took the time to assess, explain and encourage. Thank you!

Initial contact was very thorough and considerate of need. Therapist was excellent in manner, perform, duty and care. Follow up telephone calls and further therapy all arranged with consideration clarity and kindness.
